Ms. Garciga is an Associate at Pack Law whose focus is on complex bankruptcy and restructuring work. While adept at working through transactions, she is well-versed in litigation and navigating contested matters on the road to achieving the deal. Prior to joining Pack Law, Ms. Garciga served for two years as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Scott M. Grossman, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Florida, regularly issuing memoranda regarding novel bankruptcy issues for a sophisticated court.

While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Garciga interned for the Honorable Robert A. Mark, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Florida, and distinguished herself by receiving the Best Brief and Outstanding Advocacy Awards at the 2024 Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition, and continues to coach FIU Law’s Duberstein Moot Court team. These endeavors further the Pack Law’s reputation for being at the forefront of legal and educational scholarship.
