BIO

Tanya earned her law degree from Albany Law School, bringing a breadth of rare experience and perspective in her role as the Firm’s lead paralegal. Ms. Yatsco has more than 15 years of experience supporting complex corporate restructurings, insolvency disputes, and high-stakes commercial litigation. Her courtroom-seasoned organization, government-side bankruptcy insight, and operations fluency streamlines case management so the client is getting more of what they expect out of a law firm: core legal practice. Clients can expect something very simple from Tanya that is becoming increasingly rare: an organized professional who knows what is going on.

Prior to joining Pack Law, Tanya served with the Office of the United States Trustee (UST) in Tampa. That experience gives her an understanding of how cases are evaluated from the oversight side, giving the Firm deeper perspective on what it takes to keep restructurings moving swiftly forward. Before joining the UST Office, Tanya worked as a Restructuring and Litigation paralegal in some of Florida’s most respected restructuring departments.
