Aspart of our series about the “Five Things You Need To Be A Highly Effective Leader During Turbulent Times”, we had the pleasure of interviewing Joseph “Joe” Pack, founder of Pack Law, a national corporate reorganization and bankruptcy law firm.
At 35 years of age, Joseph “Joe” Pack decided to leave the apparent safety of a BigLaw career to establish his own law firm. It was the onset of the pandemic and he had a wife and children to support, but he didn’t let that discourage him. He founded the firm based on his conviction that there was an opportunity to provide companies of all sizes with BigLaw capabilities more efficiently and effectively — not only because it was lucrative, but because it was the right thing to do. Indeed, just a few years after establishing the firm, he has earned prestigious awards, commendations from judges and national headlines for applying innovative tactics to handle some of the nation’s most complex and high-profile matters. Notably, he also has earned a reputation for his honest communication style, which is his clients and industry colleagues say they find refreshing in an industry known for filibuster.
