Expanding to Wyoming

Pack Law is expanding into Wyoming where the corporate, privacy and tax laws are as favorable as the Tetons are beautiful, and where more companies are headquartered than one may guess. Why? From a corporate standpoint, Wyoming and South Dakota are the only two states in the US with no corporate income or gross receipts tax. Administrative costs of incorporation pale in comparison to Delaware and other “go to” corporate states, and Wyoming allows corporate continuance (i.e., no “reincorporation” necessary), paving the way for owner-friendly, post-restructuring structures.

From a personal standpoint, Wyoming is consistently rated as the #1 most wealth-friendly state, with no personal income tax, no state income tax, no state gift tax, no inheritance or estate tax and no capital gains tax. And finally? It’s an absolutely gorgeous place to visit (and have an office).
